i am a *sucker* for a good phone gimmick. i had the razr 2020 (which sounds like what you'd want), had the LG wing, all basically prototypes but could have been refined with future versions. i just upgraded to the fold 7 from 4, and holy fuck. they refined all problems into something magnificent.

or maybe not even a gently and carefully approach, i suppose it depends on your audience. are they the type to react with immediate anger and response if you go hard, or do they need time to process what is happening and why they should be concerned? dealing with an audience sounds difficult.

i had an idea about this, maybe you can chime in on your opinion - listing older versions/content and stating why? is this a good idea or just giving content away for free?
if i were an itch.io developer/creator, i would list my previous iterations of my works, minus x or y ending content. get your fanbase incensed for the free content, but then include a statement as to *why* the story isn't finished, get them incensed for the fight against the goliaths censoring it.

i had an idea about this, maybe you can chime in on your opinion - listing older versions/content and stating why? is this a good idea or just giving content away for free?
it may require a bit of editing on the creator's part, and it may even garner some hate from some new and faithful users, but if explained gently and correctly, would direct the anger towards the payment processors instead of the creator, supporting the cause.

or this may be limited to not being partner/ambassador and you MUST have 3 minute. but the recognition that ads are running and the viewer is missing nothing is tremendous to a viewer. even engaging in text chat during makes them feel engaged even if they can't hear you.

like MAX 1:30. 30 to start, then with growth to 1m, 1:30, i mean i don't like the guy, but pirate software's method seems to work well. if you're not subbed great, i still have to run ads, this way you see that *I* see ads are running and you won't miss anything.

preroll kills your initial discoveries. full stop. someone wandering in faced with a preroll will leave. 1 minute an hour with RECOGNITION that ads are sadly a necessity (aka pause game, talk, just wait it out) goes a long way. an overlay that says "hang on, ads" in that small window works wonders.
