Another possibility. Laying on her back, and the red paint is stepped onto her chest and shoulders. Toes around either side of the neck, one pressing into the small of her throat with a claw point dot to punctuate it.

I'd say 'anything.' Whatever tiny thing comes in that sounds fun (that's safe), do it. Anything that gives you even the tiniest inclination to do more than just sit or lie there, roll with it. Even if it's picking up the phone to read a book, or put on something to chuckle at. Just...anything.

I think that I can enjoy a bad-end story provided that the pleasure of the character becomes very strong in the end, in that they're broken in to enjoy it enough. But it's a weird one, and depends on how it's emphasized through the story.
