MGS series sold about 400,000 copies this past quarter.
Not as much as I'd personally hope, but the current options out are part 1 of a collection and a 1:1 remake without much deviation, so that's not bad either.
In comparison, Silent Hill series sold about 1,000,000 copies in the last quarter.
