Now that I got the artist's full green light, he is the full art for my character Cym, the playful and level headed female supporting good guy character for my weird unfinished Sci-Fi Fantasy novel 'A curse of optical haptics'. 🥹🥹🥹

Yeah, I still want to yank my hair off because I published book 4 first by accident. 😧😧😧😧

That book is going to live rent free in my head for years to come. I couldn’t even write a coherent review in English because it shocked me so much.

I feel Cym would carry the helm of the book if Leenx was further incapacitated. I could see a book from her POV where she becomes less jealous of Leenx's fortune and becomes more proactive in removing the family curse.

Tell me more about your #AwesomeCharacters

Let's talk about the B team!

If your main characters were out of commission, which of your side characters do you think would step up to continue your story?

Who could carry the narrative? Who would want to?

Can employees sue the government for wage theft? Seems like a good gig for lawyers.

It has been a common complaint of UK and Canadian authors. Possibly one of my books was stolen but I wasn't listed because its registered Mexican copyright leaves the book out.

Request for writers who consider me a friend, especially those of you who do WIPSnips or other engagement posts talking about your wip:

If you have the time and energy, post here about your wip. Give me CONTEXT. Tell me who your characters are and their relationships. Tell me about your setting.

The catch is you inherited the curse that killed the asshole you exiled you, freako glowing eyes appear in your hands, you are sick all the time and your entire family is toxic. Oh and ignore the creepy chains rattling beneath the family estate. Every oligarch mansion as their lil quirks. Right?

Imagine you are living pretty well with a modest salary as a single military IT worker. A night of pub crawling with coworkers is ruined when you get a phonecall from your estranged aunt tell (ordering) you to be in your hated granduncle's funeral. Your thwart their plans but end up as headmaster.

I hope it isn't something serious. Some people can be busy. I sometimes don't post because I either wake up too late, forget or I am doing homework. Just know that I think you are awesome and love your books.

Yeah, altitude sickness hits you in variable ways. 2400 for me is easy peasy, it's just a bit over Mexico City altitude. I do however suffer migraine and dizziness when I travel through La Marquesa. I felt the same way you did at 5000, brief chest compression that eased the next day.

I think after expected future class action lawsuits against Big 5s flood the news, authors will become very persistent publishers must either register them within a specified timeframe or risk getting sued.

Just checked and base camp is at 5300 meters. Surpasses my personal record of 5000 when I visited Bolivia. At 4500 I felt altitude sickness that evening. Feels pretty brutal.

Considering the cost for tourists to reach base camp as a 8 day tour from Kathmandu, that's still a nice achievement. I'd probably barely notice the altitude by day 2, but I bet a sealevel dweller will feel dizzy. Base camp is pretty high up. 🤔

You can send a request for a copy of the cert at the US library of congress I think for 15 USD and they send it to your physical address.

Yup. The largest grocery store is a 20 minute walk. There's like a zillion street farmers markets everywhere. 2 butchers 2 blocks away, office supplies half a block, my coworker's pharmacy that gives me discounts 1 block... A car would be cool to visit nature for photos, though.

I believe there is a short window in September where the rains ended and winter hasn’t started where some daring people climb at least part way up. I assume stranded are mostly at base camp along with sherpa guides.
