honestly they're all so incredibly cool

I can't think of a real reason to have this happen in the middle of a video on either channel, but I'm just too curious about the creative and technical aspects of achieving such an effect

they're often quite relatable in many ways

in hindsight I realize just how exceptionally good my childhood piano teacher was in pretty much all aspects

a massive shame she passed away over twelve years ago, the grief hits just a bit harder every time I think about it

I know I could get to work on that alone and have already started but it's so much more difficult

I mostly miss having someone to talk with about my playing and technique, who has the experience to give focused feedback

I also tend to gravitate towards the more technical and math-y aspects of vfx but the lack of practice or knowledge can be frustrating and time consuming

I don't regret moving in this direction for work but I look back to semi-failed math and cs studies wanting to find a way to catch up with all that knowledge
