Everyone talks about how closely the Muppet Christmas Carol sticks to the source material, and yet for some reason they omit the bit where two young people make out behind a curtain during a game of blind man’s bluff.

If you’ve never read the original version of A Christmas Carol, I highly recommend it. It’s worth reading even if you’ve seen several adaptations of it, just for the quality of the writing.

My first thought was "Huh, I wonder where they got the study participants from" and, in a shocking turn of events, it's the same platform that most AI studies use, which pays people fees per survey they complete. Well, no possible methodology problem there!

The difference between the critical reception and the audience rating on Metacritic is fun. I think it's brilliant, but I get that it's not for everyone.

Some version of this paragraph seems to show up in every @jasonschreier.bsky.social article about a game with a troubled development cycle. Management is a discrete skill set, you've got to hire people who can do it well!
