I feel that. I'll just tell myself "meh maybe tomorrow I'll do a deep clean!" and then nope lol. The moment it occurs to me, I gotta stop everything and just do it.

in theory, yup! though the real irony here is that since I do consistent overtime, it would be redundant. my hours worked balance is always around 50 hours per week, so even if I took a whole day, I don't have to put in any PTO unless any time I take off puts my balance below 40 hours orz.

this probably looks like a humble brag but it's not. it's absolutely a case of "if you use too much of the time that you Rightfully accrued, they hold it against you for being out too much". kinda how unlimited PTO is a trap 😬

I should add: she's remote and from new york, so dixie alley weather is very foreign to her lol. I just love the consideration though. It's very nice to see.
