I think the decision should be made between a patient and their doctor and not politicians. I also think a leader of our nation should not intentionally attack a specific subset of our population composed of people trying live their healthiest life. Why do u, a Christian, choose cruelty?

You sign a contract when you receive federal grant funding and those contracts have many similar rules as contracts with companies.

Most international students come to our universities with full tuition they pay, either personally or a fellowship from their country or Fulbright. Grad students compete for GRAs or GTAs but they still usually have to pay lodging, meals, fees etc from own funds.

Clemson in SC is about 12.5% federal revenue (grants/contracts) and having some financial stress, can’t imagine 20-25%.

Any scientist who has published or even written a federal report knows you don’t get fake citations resulting from formatting errors. Also, why didn’t some gold standard level reviewer catch that if they are doing gold standard science?
