This is crazy, not even 11 pm EST and TikTok and Lemon8 are shut down. My child, who games, mentioned the government is designating a company that owns shares in video games as a risk as well. Where will this stop!

Breaking: Federal Judge allows Blaire Fleming to play after a handful of anti-trans players tried to have her booted.
Her own teammate, who is leader of a lawsuit against her, misgenders her throughout.
Notably, we do not know if Fleming is actually transgender.

THREAD: Today is a sad day for justice. Jack Smith and the DoJ are bound by the Constitution to dismiss the charges against Trump. It's unlikely that charges will be brought again in four years, but the DoJ doesn't want to close the door completely and has asked for dismissal without prejudice. 1/
