Ok I've got it now, this is Southern Emerald, Olly is taking about Willow Emeralds further east at Hengistbury and Mudeford, which I do know about, let's stick to one species !! 😃

Many thanks , I'm the Dorset Dragonfly Recorder and I haven't heard of this sighting! So it's great news, so it's definitely a Willow Emerald!?

Hi Mike, do you know if this has been verified by an expert , I'm not familiar with the species, the eye spots on the wind are a bit blurry..!

It's quite possibly the 1st one, I don't know of any other in recent years may be a historical record , I can check with DERC!! Has it been recorded on iRecord or Living Record so you know? How would I be able to contact Guy?
