There's plenty of sociology studies to back up what I said. Patriarchal ideas and sexism are more accepted and more deeply embedded in their culture than in ours. It's not about race. It's about culture. White Americans have *plenty* of work to do on this, too.

We were barely a democracy before this last election. Whatever's left at this point is a democracy in name only. I dont see us "speaking up" our way out of this. There will be bloodshed before we regain our democracy, if that ever happens.
