急に無言になってすみませんでした。

先月、複雑性PTSD&重度のうつ病と診断されました。長期間に辛いこと続いて精神的に限界に達しました。今まで楽しかったこともやりたくなくなってきた。治療を受けているけど今の状態ひどくて毎日も辛いです。
イラスト描くと心が落ち着くから自分のペースで描き続けるつもりだけどコミュニケーションがあんまりできません。ごめんなさい。
