They're basically curated timelines. Someone can create their own feed with algorithmic rules on how posts get put onto it. You then follow feeds that post content you are interested in, like fursuits, trending topics, etc.

I didn't realize there was a difference between mobile and desktop. That definitely needs to be improved!

Click the pencil icon! They definitely need to make it more intuitive, and maybe rename "Accessibility" to "Alt Text" to make it clear that's what that box is for.
