What is the diff between Signal and email? Email has to be kept for FOIA but Signal does not? That doesn’t pass the sniff test and hopefully the courts recognize that

either have the texts which thereby defeats the purpose of Signal and shows how its unsecure for classified info
Or they dont have the texts and violating records act by not keeping a record of their conversations like they would have to for an email
