- Conversely, every person is capable of appraising and learning from errors in our own or others' judgement and action.
- Seeking growth through the mutual examination of those errors is more productive than exercises in debate. 10/11

- The primary function of systems of healthcare and healthcare providers should not be to obtain profit. 7/11

- Kindness is not weakness. In most instances, when confronted with overwhelming force or aggression, stepping back and practicing kindness can be the bravest, strongest action to take.
- Kindness is not always the correct or ethical response to overwhelming force or aggression. 4/11

- Kindness and support are not finite resources. Kindness and support of others doesn't diminish the kindness and support available for our own. Practicing kindness for wider and wider populations teaches us how to have a greater capacity for both. 3/11

- Firstly, none of those things that I believe is a valid basis on which to predicate the value of any human. Nor are those beliefs of anyone else.
- Facts, on the other hand, matter. Quantifiable, verifiable truth matters. 2/11

I have a theory that, underlying those arguments that are ever more prevalent (not solely political), people actually agree on more than they think.
To dig into that theory, I'm outlining some of those fundamental things that I believe: 1/11

I have always been proud working for eBay. I am proud of their efforts for their global community. From recognizing my partnerships, before any legal obligation to, to prioritizing inclusion/equality, I couldn't be prouder.
