The European First Year Experience Conference #efye2025 is the 1st conference I've been able to travel to outside of the UK in 6 years & I'm so pleased I made it. Not just because of the free Belgian chocolate but also the mix of delegates & different types of sessions. Highly recommend!

Today I asked delegates at #PeerForum25 to answer 2 questions I've been asking @unirdg-psych.bsky.social 1st year Psychology students for 5 years. Something in common was the role of social connections, every year around a fifth of our undergrads say peer learning & friendships help their success
