prob not your typical story, but i watched this series on Netflix where this girl was in a cult & was gonna be sacrificed for the greater good of the cult. She didn't want that, so she escaped & successfully disconnected from them, but was still very culty

tbh sometimes filler episodes are better than the main plot. Not saying the plot is bad, but sometimes I feel like it gives you a break from the complexity of the plot line
