Know any undergrads interested in research in the social sciences, humanities, or fine arts? If so, tell them about MURAP! Applications close on 1/30.

Fun fact? I did MURAP as an undergraduate. It was a game changer for my career.

Teaching is so undescribably rewarding & humbling. One student came up to me after class to say thank you for including the experiences of transgender and non-binary adolescents in today's topic. Another student emailed me about extra credit and thanked me for being one of his favorite professors 🥹🥹

BREAKING: Mexican President Sheinbaum argues that if cartels are deemed terrorist orgs, then the suppliers of weapons—over 74% of which come FROM the U.S.—should ALSO face accountability for enabling terrorism.

As a result, Mexico is expanding its lawsuit targeting U.S gun manufacturers. 🇲🇽

It is imperative that we educate the public on what is happening. I urge my colleagues in #EdResearch to engage in the public discourse. Ways the cuts & decimation of U.S. Dept of Ed will exacerbate teacher shortages and increase job loss in our local communities.
