I discuss this and more in today’s newsletter.

Read it if you’re even a little bit frightened by RFK Jr.’s claims. It’s not your fault, he’s been blasting them into the ecosystem for decades.

The amount of aluminum in select vaccines is

up to 72 TIMES LESS aluminum than you ingest daily from foods
and
up to 400 TIMES LESS aluminum than is in your body at any time.

Oh and it’s ALL filtered and excreted by your kidneys in the SAME EXACT WAY.

For those who want to read some actual science, I highly recommend reading the below article.

(if reading is hard for you like it is Calley, substack will even read it aloud to you):

news.immunologic.org/p/correlatio...

Happy Monday!

I wrote an article specifically on this very topic & used examples to illustrate why correlation *isn’t* causation.

🔗 news.immunologic.org/p/correlatio...

Maybe you want to read something that isn’t wellness propaganda for once?

Remember Calley: it’s important to be data-driven.

You’re absolutely right, Calley.

So, by your logic:

Organic food causes autism.
(That includes the organic supplements you sell as a wellness profiteer)

RFK Jr pretends thimerosal’s ethylmercury cation is the same as methylmercury.

This is chemically illiterate & dangerously ignorant.

Even though he has been corrected about this for over two decades, he continues to profit off this lie.

November 8, 2025 at 8:47 PM
Thimerosal is a salt: in chemistry, an ionic compound that dissociates in water.

The positive ion is ethylmercury, C₂H₅Hg⁺.

Ethylmercury is *not* mercury. It’s also *not* methylmercury, a compound that accumulates in our environment & can cause toxicity.

All-natural botulinum toxin is a million times more toxic than synthetic sarin—yet people willingly inject that into their faces while fearing preservatives in bread.

Having a cat with cancer means keeping him nourished and tracking his calorie intake.

The tiny bright spot? My other 6 cats are delighted by the rotating menu of high calorie foods and treats whenever the patient hits flavor fatigue.

In 2025, we are losing our measles-free status, just 25 years after we eliminated measles from the US because of vaccines.

It’s not because our sanitation systems have been eliminated.

It’s because people aren’t getting vaccinated.

1/
October 18, 2025 at 12:57 AM
No one who supports vaccines discounts the impact of sanitation and hygiene. This is ignored by anti-vaccine activists.

Sanitation, hygiene, and vaccination:
• Are not one and the same.
• Address wildly different health needs
• Are not mutually exclusive

Protein powders aren’t poisoning you, but we need supplement regulation.

I wrote an article on the lead in protein powder headlines, actual science (spoiler: it ain’t prop 65 & consumer reports)

and what we should be discussing about supplements:

And if you don’t realize your immense privilege, read the article for a tiny snapshot into other parts of the world.

Like toilets in much of Uganda:

I used them but had soap, sanitizer, bottled water, antibiotics, antimalarials, insect repellent, typhoid & hep A vaccines: things locals don’t.

We have the cleanest hands & air in human history—yet we’re letting one of the most preventable diseases return.

Hygiene didn’t fail. Science didn’t fail.

We failed public health by letting ideology override evidence.

It’s the difference between life & death.

The wellness industry profits by creating distrust of medicine, falsely claiming “real” cancer cures are being hidden so doctors can keep patients sick & poison them with chemotherapy.

They are lying to you. With fatal consequences. While making money.

Correlation DOESN’T equal causation.

That’s especially true when it comes to weak observational data.

Yet every day, people believe poor associations as truthful causation.

Headlines constantly blare health crises:

Diet soda causes depression!
Tylenol in pregnancy causes autism!
Pesticides as bad as smoking!

NO, they’re wrong.

We know ice cream doesn’t cause shark attacks, yet throw that logic out the window when it comes to health claims.

Today’s issue of ImmunoLogic:
the story behind false claims about Tylenol use in pregnancy & autism.

It’s a tactic used over and over: blame “chemicals” for health issues without real evidence.

Now dangerous medical advice is being spread by science deniers & adopted as federal health policy.

Our body makes 425,000 times MORE formaldehyde per day than what might be in a vaccine.

Levels of formaldehyde in:
• Your body at any time
• A pear
• A vaccine

Aren’t harmful.

We need context & nuance when discussing science, not fearmongering.

Toxicology principle that needs to be mainstream:

The dose makes the poison.

That’s true of everything. Water. Oxygen. Vitamin A. Vitamin D. Aspartame. Formaldehyde.

A single pear contains 120 times MORE formaldehyde than what might be in a vaccine.

Example: Charlatans “prescribe” vitamins & minerals for cancer.

What happens? People die more frequently and faster than those who take meds.

Pseudoscience and medical conspiracism is deadly.

Claiming autism is caused by “toxin exposure” allows wellness charlatans to exploit vulnerable parents.

That’s what David Geier, the guy RFK Jr appointed to find the “cause” of autism did. While chemically castrating & abusing children for profit.
