The thing is that people with more mild ASD tend to do well in areas where the lifestyle is quiet and routine based (like rural/farming communities), so it makes it easier for cases to fly under the radar.

Warm shower in the dark (if your bathroom has a window, make it as dark as you can). Phone in a different room. Also works for stomach upset & migraines. The white noise and warmth puts me in a relaxed state that lets my body have the “oh thank GOD, that chatty nut finally shut up!!” moment. 😂
