I really don't know much about adult content on patreon, but they seem to be very strict, which is why so many nsfw artists I know and follow use Subscribestar! But hey, if they've labelled you that anyway, then maybe go for it.

Subscribestar allows NSFW and if having another platform doesn't bother you, you could open up there for such things. (Or move over entirely, I would certainly follow you) But trying to work around Patreon seems trouble.
