The Janitor!... Staying mostly the same in this redesign, all I did was update his shoes and modified his hat to be smaller. Hes already perfection incarnate.

Ripper has been replaced as one of the main characters (not scrapped), his replacement: Willow, a awkward boy of cultist origins undergoing body mutations after failing as a sacrifice. With a bone snake head & tail forming out his back, and his ribs growing out.
