To this day, Commander Keen is still one of my all-time favorite series. It inspired my creativity in a way that the other platformers that came before it couldn’t quite manage and led to my lifelong love of outer space and gaming in general.

I would genuinely rather listen to a MIDI transcription of a ska song that someone tossed together in the late 90s with nothing more than a sequencer and a loose idea what key the song was in than anything made by AI
