Agree! I have zero interest in what anyone from the Liberal Party is doing. When a news story about them comes on, I tune out and do something useful.

Extraordinary they didn’t notice—and sorry you are going through this. As a wise friend of mine once told a doctor who wasn’t listening to her and wasn’t searching for a diagnosis, ‘You need to be more curious about my health’.

Why anyone would even want to attend an event in the Oval Office these days is a mystery to me!

I was just talking to some academic colleagues in Australia this week, who said they were cancelling plans to attend US conferences. They said they also knew others doing the same.
