Jarrod was excellent. He focussed on entirely different aspects of the book to everyone else.

Should have stipulated ‘English’ cricket.
He didn’t want to accept what I presented in the book.
But I’m sure the ICEC report would have helped.

Poisonous man. Amazing what a posh accent allows you to get away with.

But also a reason the book was downplayed - if mentioned at all (despite off the record praise). Mad, given it came out at height of Rafiq scandal the Guardian, at least, didn’t review.
