It also means he can do whatever he wants and will not be punished. He will not need an "Enabling Act" like in 1938 Germany, he now is open to doing whatever he wants. Violate the Constitution? Yes. Who cares? Not the courts. Congress will cheer.

You missed the point. Trump is guilty but no punishment. Trump can do anything he wants, even if it breaks the law. I have said since the election that Coungress - both houses controlled by Republicans - will pass a modern version of Germany's 1938 "Enabling Act" - and SCOTUS will uphold it. 1/2
