I don’t think so because if they leaned toward or even supported this incoming administration, their mindset will slowly shift but on the flip side if their is there a vast difference and negative outcome (culture) then they will probably rethink considering the repercussions and consequences.

I agree… because most times they are so far removed from the real work and challenges of those who are on the front lines so they don’t understand the reality of what’s needed for change management. ijs
