That’s the thing that weirds me out the most about people who date early 20s-late teen kids, they open their mouths and say 20 year old kid things which I do not relate to and do not find insightful. It's not that they are stupid; they are in a different life phase incompatible with mine.

I don’t eat pig but the Starbucks cheese and pepper egg bites are legit a wonderful experience. Almost makes me want to get a sous vide just to learn to make them but I can't justify it while still in an apartment

The rumor in my hometown was that even having firefighter stickers on your car made you less likely to get pulled over. don’t have definitive proof, but cops are given pretty wide discretion to do what they want so I can’t imagine it doesn’t help some

One of my exes went to a supremely wealthy public school and more egregious advantages included scholarships awarded to kids by their parents' charities and opportunities to work abroad with, again, family owned charities. It’s not like the kids weren’t talented, but come the fuck on.

If you get them to say stupid shit in public on the record, then you can make fun of them, which they hate. They know that they don’t know technical details, they just assume that the technical details don’t matter. Some people aren’t convinced, but I think some people can smell bullshit like this
