Apologies if you wrote about this in Canada Post, but was this a legislative loophole that always existed in the Canada Labour Code [that no one expected a government to use] or is its legality when used in this way still TBD?

I still browse a lot but minimal posting. Engagement seems to have plummeted this year. Probably because I won't buy a blue check mark.

I was trained in implementation science and worked in a program for 6 years specifically funded to implement initiatives. Despite rigorous evaluation and fidelity data, I was unprepared for when decision makers simply override the entire approach for personal or political reasons.

I've had similar sentiments this year. It also lacks an appropriately weighted acknowledgement of power and politics.

They know this is public, right?
