Correct. But the 2020 indictment follows the Noriega *arrest* which is how today is being explained. With Bush 1 & Bush 2, removing a head of state ignored international law. As you pointed out, we have been here before. But my post was that in earlier cases, it was 1 and done. This time maybe not

Not really. I know the history since I teach it. And it was a Barr memorandum from 1989 and an unsealed Barr indictment in 2020 that gives them cover. But sure correct me for not knowing history.

There is a history to be written about what happened at Southern and Southeastern. I am afraid that I was too close to that fire to relive it again. I cannot imagine what our professors shielded us from at the time. But it was a traumatic period.
