This is amateur, I own 7 taxis that work round the clock. Every one of my drivers is briefed on what to do in an emergency and part of that is me always being contactable. If you run a 24/7 business you HAVE to be available

I had to mothball my company for 3yrs when my son became ill and was awarded carers allowance. When things with him began to improve I had more time so took a part time job only to be hit with a £1700 bill as I'd worked 15mins overtime. I wasn't poor when he got ill but I was when he got healthy
