Panel 8 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable attempts to put her cuffs onto the woman with a braid. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 5: Qiuyin 'Yin' Lang. Main Ability: Anti-magic Qi." Yin stands with a cocky smile and a hand on her hip. She twirls the cuff on a single finger, similar to Sani but with far less stretching. "Marvelous shackles," Yin says. " Tis lovely magic that you have poured into them. Pity that I am the foil to your toils." Fable seems more intrigued than she does dejected. Panel 9 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable attempts to put her cuffs onto the young one. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 6: Jonni Summers. Main Ability: Unknown (Wild Card?)." Jonni brazenly shrugs with a single soot covered cuff on one wrist, and holding the smoldering remains of the other cuff out to Fabelora. Jonni says "Oh nooo! Your oppression band broke somehow! Damn, too bad! Double or nothing?" Fable glares at Jonni, fists clenched in anger. Panel 10 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable puts her cuffs onto the japanese man. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 7: Tatsuo Ninushi. Main Ability: Tenacity." Tatsuo's screams fill the background as he stubbornly forces the cuffs off of his wrist. The gruesome sight is just out of frame but we can see blood spurting into frame. Fable darts towrds him with horror, yelling "Stop! STOP!!! I'LL REMOVE THEM!!!" Panel 10 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable holds a pair of cuffs and stands with a hand on her head before a creature so tall he barely fits the frame. The top left cut-in is blocked by the figure but what remains visible reads: "Attempt 8: --- obi' Plynth. Main Ability: Contact Ass---." The figure, "Obi" assumedly, shrugs revealing that the hands that spill out of his suit lack wrists to connect the cuffs to. To further this point, Obi says "So, I don't have--" but Fable cuts him off saying "Just go."

Panel 4 of the Escape Arts Comic: A flashback to Fabelora attempting to put her custom made cuffs onto the redheaded woman. Int the top left we see a cut-in that reads: "Attempt 1: Monique Marqee. Main Ability: Hyper-mobility" The redhead, Monique, holds the cuffs as if she has just taken them off without opening them and exclaims: "Oh là là. This reminds me of my days at the circus." Fabelora looks upset. Panel 5 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable attempts to put her cuffs onto the man with locs. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 2: Sani Cole. Main Ability: Cell Manipulation" Sani's arm is currently extended to create a small loop before ending just shy of Fable's face where he spins the cuff on his pointer finger. He brags, "Yeah, you're gonna wnat auto-adjusting cuffs or something for me." Fable is in awe. Panel 6 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable attempts to put her cuffs onto the woman with the pink hijab. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 3: Khalilah Ih'ra. Main Ability: Nanite Armor." She solemnly holds a pile of dust that vaguely resembles the cuffs. "Sorry!" says Khalilah. "My nanites seem to have disassembled the cuffs. Does this make me a bad prisoner?" Fable is shocked as she stares at the blackened pile of dust. Panel 7 of the Escape Arts Comic: Fable puts her cuffs onto the man with white hair and glasses. The top left cut-in now reads: "Attempt 4: Pourien Conners. Main Ability: Elemental Magic." Pourien extends his cuffed arms as a rock golem holds him aloft in one arm. His legs spill over the edge of the golem's hand. Pourien says "...so, like, I can KEEP the cuffs on if that makes you feel better...but they really don't matter to me." Fable appears unsurprised.

These two talked about this beforehand, and now they're playing pretend together.
