Really? I wonder what's up. I practically live in my Union PA and always use the cremator, tesla cannon, gatling plasma, and especially Nuka Launcher. I have not noticed any change. Frankly, my PA build is pretty tanky. I rarely die, and I do tend to get up in a boss' face a lot.
