But that just exposes how disingenuous the award is. $10 or so for a game that is very well made & actually quite charming & informative. But how is that the "worst game of the year" in comparison to a debacle like Mind's Eye? It's just disingenuous, to pick open that scab again for clicks.

Of course it factors in. If you want to play a game, you have to buy it. If you don't want to play a game, don't buy it. It's as simple as that. If you don't think a game is worth $10, then don't spend $10. That's capitalism. But bitching and moaning endlessly online about it is absolutely stupid.

FFS. It wasn't even a game. Just a software to introduce the console & how it works with a few minigames. Buying it was completely optional. Most gamers would have probably ignored it, even if it were free. And yet, it was as if a million gamer voices suddenly cried out in butt-hurtedness ... 🙄

I wish that Bethesda had patched in at least a basic photo mode. But it does feel nostalgic having to wrangle the gameplay camera to try to take usable screenshots. 😅
