I love Wuk Lamat's little "hUh" when the gang meets Cahciua, and Thancred's shell-shocked "...perhaps" when the loporrits wake up.

Zanel took Aymeric’s surname as is tradition. She doesn't view it as a big change, as she had already changed surnames upon moving to Ishgard (Fae > Aue)

Y'shtola and T'kebbe both had good relationships with their parents and decide to keep their last name when taking Mir's, so it's Y'shtola Teiwaz-Rhul and T'kebbe Teiwaz-Morh.
Khloe and Zhloe dropped their last name and took Mir's.
