Definitely something to make a few calls to insurance, doctor's office, etc. and try to see if there was some paperwork error along the way (unfortunately common issues in my experience)

Often conducted on Discord servers focused on art, often during the holidays, but I've seen one server do a "Christmas in July" Secret Santa art event too.

Group of people decide to participate, someone takes down names and distributes them along with reference material to others. Then without revealing who has been assigned to which other people, they all draw their assigned art within the deadline.
