Imagine being against upholding provisions of the Voting Rights Act. The mental gymnastics you would have to do to convince yourself you are still democratic would be dizzying.

I know I’m not objective as a renewable energy and AI lawyer but it amazes me how obviously cheap and fast solar is v. the current us admin’s lack of incentives to keep the industry going. Especially when you think of how fast we need power for AI.

That’s not how Copyright law works but I’m sure they’re going to do it anyway and put the burden on rights holders. I’m hopeful an attorney written cease and desist letter will ensure the “opt-outs” are respected.
