Usually we intubate patients through the mouth. Sometimes when I need to do complex work in the oral cavity such as tumour surgery or drooling surgery we may intubate through the nose or even insert a temporary tracheostomy. #ENTsecrets #ENT #surgery #surgeon

There’s a private hospital in Melbourne that has the most expensive clothes hangers ever. How do I know? Because these clothes hangers are bolted and secured into the rails. You can steal bags and expensive suits, but not clothes hangers!

Leaders are in charge of strategy. But what’s more important than strategy? Culture. And culture is everyone’s responsibility. You can positively (or negatively) influence your team culture even though you might not have a leadership position. #leadership #culture

Kindness and courage can co-exist in leadership. Kindness does not equal weakness. The opposite is true. Kindness is strength personified. When you can be kind to others, you are displaying strength of character. Weak leaders make it all about themselves. Be a lighthouse in the storm.
