For most of us we've written our specs. We've written MANY. We have great samples. We have good feedback. We KEEP WRITING. The problem? No one is reading.
Rooms will not read lower levels. As such, agents will not read us because they can not get us work. We're writing specs for an army of one.

This is a great article! I yearn for a return to the business standard which allows for coaching trees to become a regular thing again 😭
