A good point. I would argue it's not universally applicable. Also, outsourcing research, samples to draw from is not the same as outsourcing creativity itself. Abdicating responsibility has to be established first for creativity to have been lost. Despair kills desire. Apathy stops everything.

I've got a newly finished feature and have the same question. Some folks I know in the writerly persuasion use substack. I'm ingnorant of it, but it seems to have some traction.

I seem to be surrounded by orchids and successful orchid growers. Northern/indirect light seems to help them, and since they love a good dousing and then time to recover, I'd suggest that approach to shifting their home. I'll ask around and get back to you!

That's some seriously misguided infantile thinking there. I'm sure you draw for people you know and love and money doesn't come into it. What's there to love about that? If you succumb, then a bot will adopt that pattern and you'll be inundated with interminably "cutesy" requests. Egad!

good point. I don't know if MDC ever tried to sing. The most impactful stuff I've ever learned about Yoko had to do with her art show that won John's heart ("yes"), and her collaborations with him.
