If anyone is interested, I thoroughly recommend KING OF THE ANTS. Gordon was such a great genre storyteller. This is one of his best and gnarliest. Arguably the greatest movie ever made under The Asylum banner.

Plan to watch STUCK this week since it popped up on Criterion Channel. The only ones I need to track down are DAUGHTER OF DARKNESS and THE WONDERFUL ICE CREAM SUIT.

And that will be the end of new Stuart Gordon movies for me. One of my absolute favorite artists. RIP

Getting revved up for BLACK PHONE 2 with a revisit of 976-EVIL. This flick lives in my psyche forever thanks to the usual "late night channel surfing nightmare" scenario of childhood. The toilet stall kill is stuck in my brain forever.

Not amazing but plenty of fun and worthy of a cult. 🎃🎥
