Now, the L Taraval line is back in service, & business owners are getting used to the regular sound of trains rumbling underground.

It’s state’s rights until a blue state is involved. Conditioning recovery aid on anything is inhumane.
Trump is considering abolishing FEMA and forcing states to deal with natural disasters.
“I’d rather see the states take care of their own problems,” he said.
I wonder how Florida, Texas, Louisiana, North Carolina & South Carolina feel about “taking care of their own problems” without federal help.
