On January 2nd I unknowingly started a meditation stream. It wasn't a New Year's resolution or anything like that. It just started. Proud of this!
Throughout this streak my one goal has been that if I miss a day to meditate again the very next day. That is still my only goal.

We successfully executed a surgical extraction from MSG last night, hailed a cab immediately and got front row for the Medeski Martin Metzger and Cline show.

30 years ago today the segue from Bathtub Gin into The Real Me lifted me off the ground. Easily a Top 10 moment I was in the room for.
