I wouldnt trust brave due to this list I found that details their bullshit: redlib.catsarch.com/r/browsers/c...
The "installing paid VPNs without consent" and the "reselling data with a hidden web crawler" are probably the most concerning ones to me on this list.
I do have Ironfox also, thats fine

On desktop i use LibreWolf, on Android i use "Iceraven" that is on Github. To update it automatically I use Obtainium ( obtainium.imranr.dev ; Obtainium's github page links to an easy-to-understand tutorial vid). Both are Firefox forks
