Anyway as a side note and dose of positivity the current run of my module has the most wonderful bunch of mature students and it is honestly food for the soul

University management emphasising how we need to close the attainment gap of students, improve pass rates, support our students…

which is my job to do. Support our wonderful students. Seeing hundreds of them per month

a job which they keep on a fixed term contract and is at risk
