Doing an external training course at work was asked for my English and maths GCSE certificates by the provider. If we didn't have them we'd have to take an additional course. Luckily my mum had them still, 35 years on.

Yep, in my regular nightclub going days they never finished much past 1 or 2. And usually got busy after 11 when the pubs closed.

If you do a remote speed awareness course they enforce the cameras on policy extremely strictly, so they'll make you do it again if you don't.

Some of the (younger) people I work with won't answer the phone. One told me she panics when the phone rings. When did this start?

They should. But people make out it's their plan. It was passed by royal assent in 2023. Sure they could (I think) have stopped it.
