Muggy morning run... Honoring my commitment to self to be active. What can you do today to be more active? Find a way to incorporate exercise snacks! Short 10 -15 min bursts of activity during your day can have an impact.

Small steps matter... I challenge you to add in body weight training. Muscle mass matters and focusing on cardio exercise only is a disservice to your body. Strength and balance matter. 10 squats and wall or counter pushups is my challenge to you. Three times a week this month.

STRESS.patients will claim they don't have stress, some admit to using substances to soothe themselves. The reality is everyone experiences stress both positive (eustress) and negative (distress). The key is channeling good stress to get into a flow state and working through or coping with distress.
