This is right. Their vintage straight fit matches his description and is available in most (all?) of their jeans runs. I’ve had a couple pairs in different fabrics and they’re great - some of the denims are subtly quirky in a nice way.

One came with our house when we bought it. Even free, it was of marginal value. The deductible was basically what a repair would cost, and the options were narrow-no replacement even if that’s the right thing to do. Especially if you can afford a random emergency of ~$5K, skip it.

There are 12 Circuits (counting Fed) - 1 month in each court per year. Justices have to submit receipts on all expenses to get reimbursed. Plus two judges from the Circuit picked randomly sit with the Court that month.

This one seems like a longer term play than the current election. He’s trying to reframe the non-renewal of a cut as “raising taxes,” rather than the renewal as being a “tax break,” regardless of who’s president.

There’s a follow-on case between Frito-Lay/Doritos against their ad agency. Normally the brand would be in the hook, but the agency was so in love with their idea they agreed to indemnify when Frito-Lay’s legal raised questions before the ad came out.
