Spring made a surprise attack last Friday.
On Thursday it was -2C and on Friday I could go cycling in the sun at 15C.

Great cycling weather today, dry, little wind, in short, a beautiful Dutch winter afternoon.

It became a round trip with the #Willier to Hoek van Holland. To the beach and back to Maassluis via the pier.

A nice walk in the neighborhood to get some vitamin D.

I like to walk off the beaten path and sometimes you have to take some uncomfortable paths. The advantage is that you encounter new views and sometimes meet another hiker.

I work in the center of #Rotterdam and today there is storm and rain coming.

Before tomorrow's Christmas party with colleagues, I have to buy a present. I'll walk to the shopping center and pass some nice #buildings

Last week I was in #Berlin. A city with a rich #history.
I took a lot of #photos and videos and it was difficult to show the atmosphere of the entire city in 4 photos.
Berlin is very diverse, with different neighborhoods and cultures.

The great thing about #cycling compared to #hiking is that you have a greater range.
Details of your route pass your eye more quickly, which is why I think hiking is a better outdoor activity for taking #photos.
But cycling is my no1 outdoor activity, active and passive.

Last Sunday was a beautiful autumn day for a nice hike.

A large passenger ship is in the dock on the other side of the Nieuwe Waterweg, near Vlaardingen.
In the 1950s and 1960s, shipbuilding was booming.
Much of the work in the industry has moved to other countries, but there is still plenty to do in the port of Rotterdam in the field of shipbuilding and maintenance.
You regularly see large passenger ships passing by here on their way to the center of Rotterdam.
