We're wrong about dental mercury amalgam being safe. It's not. I've learnt a lot while dealing with lifelong depression and years of experimentation in an attempt to improve it. Replacing mercury fillings was absolutely the catalyst to my steady improvement in mental health.

Longevity & increased health span. It's not about weird technology altering our biology & chemistry. It's about looking after ourselves, eating well, lots of fibre, lots of water, moderate exercise. Our bodies are capable of amazing things if we give them a helping hand. Clean living & detox.

Why is detox seen as a dirty word and pseudoscience by some? It is the cornerstone of good health. We live in a toxic world. It's a simple equation. Remove the bad things your body doesn't want at a faster rate than you take them in. Drinking plenty of water is a good start.

The world seems to be converging on disaster. I'd chose mass extinction by asteroid at this point rather than being enslaved by AI. The human race could genuinely have created utopia why on earth do we strive for dystopia?

Finally deactivated the other platform. It's a shame because I enjoyed trolling Elon and his cult followers but his rage baiting got too much. I really feel for the sane Americans who despise him and Trump. I just hope we find a way in the UK and Europe to stop their influence before it's too late.

I genuinely think we could be witnessing the end of US democracy. Will there be a free election in 4 years? If anyone can manipulate an election it's Trump's tech bros. Europe is next. Half the Western population are brainwashed zombies determined to usher in their authoritarian overlords.

It really is rather refreshing over here. Finally made a move over from the hate filled place. It was bad before the US election. It seems a 100x worse now. The AfD endorsement was the last straw. Let's hope there's nobody left but Russian trolls, Reform voters & MAGA cultists by 2025.
